Race 6
TURBO MISS is a big betting watch. She was a different horse for the Weir camp last start and with no trials to go on the betting is the best guide to how she’s come back. DANUKI is flying and suited back to this trip. He’ll be right on pace and be hard to get past. COOL SNITZEL looked good in the recent jump out for the new stable. She can bounce back. ANGRY GEE will steam home if he can get cover from the gate.
Race 7
HEY DOC gets in very well here at the level weights after racing through to a group one placing last prep. He should stay in touch and be tough to hold out. DERRYN has run some big races and looked sharp in the recent jump out. He’ll steam home. MORTON’S FORK is another classy colt, he’ll charge from the back along with MANOLO BLAHNIQ off a good fresh run.
Race 8
THERMAL CURRENT comes off a good win and despite the poor record here he has run well in some stronger races. With a perfect run, he gets a chance to go back to back. FAATINAH always fires fresh and he’s been going well in jump outs. Around just the one bend he’ll take beating. MISS PROMISCUITY was solid in a jump out. She’ll run it strong. SHAKESPEAREAN LASS could be the knockout.
Race 9
DUKE OF BRUNSWICK won’t find a better race to get another win. Both runs this prep have been good and he gets a perfect run. ADIRONDACK is a big betting watch with no public trials. His only run last prep was terrific in a strong race. LONGERON can run a big race for the Gauc. CHARLIE BOY and GREAT ESTEEM next best.

Race 6
BRYNEICH Kembla maiden winner in two runs in his first preparation before an impressive win at Canterbury resuming this time in. Still plenty of scope for improvement and right up to winning this. BEZEL won three on the trot last preparation before finishing a close third in the Carbine Club before the break. Has to be respected first-up with the Godolphin polish. OMEI SWORD resumes and has trialled twice. Had three trials before an easy win in the Silver Shadow first-up last campaign. Has to rate as a key player here first-up. COMIN’ THROUGH won two from three in his first preparation culminating in a Carbine Club win at Flemington. Would prefer over 1400m but still no surprise to see a big run fresh here.
Race 7
EGYPTIAN SYMBOL just found the 1300m a touch too far at the Gold Coast. The 1200m ideal and set to bounce back. DANISH TWIST resumes on the back of trial placings at Wyong and Newcastle. Finished a close third in the Premiere Stakes at Randwick resuming last time in and right up to this fresh. I AM ZELADY 21-days since being run down on the line on Magic Millions Day at the Gold Coast. Has won a Randwick trial in the interim and gets the chance to go one better peaking third-up. TSARITSA placed at Randwick resuming last time. Would prefer over a touch further but still goes in the wider exotics here fresh.
Race 8
IMANUI just a run short at Randwick over 1400m second-up. Unbeaten in two 1600m runs and the one to beat getting to the trip third-up. LIAPARI close second this track and distance two runs back and should have just about won here last start. Just needs even luck in running to be right in the finish. SNITZEL KNIGHT hit the line strongly when placed over 1400m at Warwick Farm last start. Looking for the step up in distance and rates as one of the key chances. INVINCIBLE KNIGHT impressive Randwick winner resuming two runs back then the edge off him last start. Suited stepping up to the mile and can bounce back.
Race 9
WE’RE SURE hit the line strongly when just over a length from the winner here last start. Peaks third-up and ready to win. DEPLOY unbeaten in three runs this preparation. 5kg weight rise stepping up to 1400m for the first time genuine queries but hard to knock the winning form. DISGRACEFUL finished on the placegetters heels this track and distance last start and bright place prospects here peaking third-up. TOWER OF SONG just missed at Randwick resuming. Surprisingly stays at 1400m second-up which is a query considering the shortest distance he has won over is 1500m.
