Watch for a much better run from KNOWABLE here getting back around a bend. He’d been trialling in great shape and just wasn’t suited in front up the straight. In well with the claim, he’ll box seat and run a big race. I BOOGI looks set to go right on with it this time in off a big fresh win. Perfectly suited up in trip, he’ll be steaming home. TAHI is lightly raced and highly promising. He goes in everything from the good gate. KILMACURRAGH is a huge betting watch. He races well fresh and does have a stack of ability when right. WAYANKA has claims at a bit of odds and SIR SAGAMORE charges home
Race 7:
Looking for a big run from SNITZSON at a bit of odds. He tore through the grades last time in and was unlucky not to fight out the finish in the Guineas. In ok on the minimum, he’ll stay in touch and launch late. GRANDE ROSSO looked very sharp in a recent jump out. He’ll be close up and runs it strong. I AM A STAR has more turn of foot than a few of these. She can run well despite the weights. Respect the Snowden team bringing the race fit FLIPPANT down for the race.
Race 8:
CROCODILE ROCK is a horse that team Williams will have better race in mind for over the Spring carnival. Expecting a good strong speed to give him his chance to out stay them. GALAXY RAIDER ran well in a stronger race last week. If he has a touch of luck slotting in early he’ll fight out the finish. BLING DYNASTY is right at his top. He will give away a bit of a start but can rush at them late. GRANDDUKEOFTUSCANY has been racing well without winning. He’ll be right on pace and should be there at the end. THE THUG could be the value runner for exotics.
Race 9:
ROCKET TOMMY is so fast he’s a horse that’s hard to put any pressure on. He loves the straight track so should take some catching again. TRIBAL WISDOM might be better as he gets over a touch longer but with so much speed on up front he can storm into the finish. SEATTLE BOOM was brave facing the breeze last start. If he can drop in just off the pace he’ll run a big race. Include PLAY MASTER in case he brings his run from two back. Go wide in a deep race.

Race 6:
MENARI resumes and placed in both recent trials at Rosehill. Randwick winner in five runs in his first preparation and a solid effort in the Golden Slipper losing third on protest. Looks ready to go fresh. TREKKING resumes and won his lead-up trial at Randwick. Showed promise in three runs as a 2YO winning at Rosehill and finishing runner-up in the Black Opal. SIEGE OF QUEBEC unbeaten both runs to date with all the way wins at Beaumont and Rosehill. Toughest test to date but still plenty of scope for improvement and a winning chance again. DIAMOND TATHAGATA resumes and the winner of his latest trial at Randwick. All four runs to date have been on heavy ground including a win in the Skyline at Randwick resuming last time in. Expecting him to go even better on good ground.
Race 7:
THAT’S A GOOD IDEA wasn’t far from the winner at Randwick resuming. Three- weeks between runs but has won a Randwick trial in the interim. Suited stepping up in distance and ready to win. WASHINGTON HEIGHTS couldn’t have been more impressive winning here last start at first run since returning from Hong Kong. Four-weeks between runs but kept up to the mark with a trial. Still to be proven beyond 1200m the only query. OXFORD POET chasing back to back wins after a Doomben victory last start. Will be right on the speed and has a solid record this track and distance. Right in the mix. SARRASIN import resuming on the back of two trials. Placed in the Villiers only Australian run. The trip looks a shade short but respecting any betting moves.
Race 8:
FAITH’S ENCORE solid effort resuming here two runs back and worked home solidly when placed last start. The extra distance suits and right in the mix with a 4kg weight drop. HETTY HEIGHTS appreciated being ridden quieter when placed here last start. Should be right at her peak and just needs a bit of luck at the right time from the gate to be right in the finish. GRETNA resumes and won latest trial by a big space. Has won first-up previously and looks ready to go fresh here. PRADA MISS had plenty on a Highway Handicap field here last start overcoming a wide run in transit. This looks harder but still one of the key chances.
Race 9:
SPECIAL MISSILE has won three on the trot including a strong win at Canterbury last start. Toughest test to date but hard to knock the winning form. ARBEITSAM has won two of last three. Just missed this track and distance two runs back when run down late. The 61.5kg weight the only query. IMANUI placed both runs this time in at Warwick Farm and Canterbury coming from well back on both occasions. Racing style doesn’t endear but one of the chances peaking third-up. GOLD HORIZON placed last three including the Coffs harbour Cup last start. Bright place prospects again launching from the inside gate.
