Huddersfield vs. Watford |
Back Watford in the head-to-head at 1.82 (TopBetta)
Back Watford +0.5 at 1.25 (Betfair)
This is more a bet against Huddersfield, who have gone 2-2-15 at home over the last 12 months and who have lost their last six straight fixtures. Their last two games have seen them lose by a combined 8 goals to 1. Watford have lost their last three away fixtures, but those were against Liverpool, Man City and Man Utd. Prior to that they thrashed Cardiff City 5-1 away from home. Watford have only lost one away game to a team lower than them on the table this season and that was back in November.
Bournemouth vs. Fulham |
Back Bournemouth in the head-to-head at 1.67 (Unibet)
Back Bournemouth -1.5 at 2.60 (bet365, BetEasy)
Bournemouth enter this fixture fresh off their 5-0 thrashing of Brighton, but this bet is more against Fulham, who have gone 0-2-15 away from home this season. Of Fulham’s 15 away defeats, 13 were by 2+ goals. Fulham have lost their last seven away fixtures while Bournemouth have gone 7-4-1 as the home favourite over the last 12 months.
Wolverhampton vs. Brighton |
Back Wolverhampton in the head-to-head at 1.78 (Unibet)
As with the previous two picks, this is more a bet against Brighton. The Seagulls have been in free fall over the last few weeks, losing their last four fixtures without scoring a goal. Three of those games were at home against teams in the bottom half of the table. Wolverhampton have won their last two home fixtures as they battle with Leicester City, Everton and Watford for 7th place and the extra millions of pounds in prize money that comes with finishing each place higher.
Arsenal vs. Crystal Palace |
Back Arsenal in the head-to-head at 1.55 (Unibet)
Arsenal have gone 15-2-1 at home over the last 12 months and 13-1-0 as the home favourite. Of their 15 home wins, 13 were by 2+ goals. Arsenal have gone 4-1-0 at home against Palace since they were promoted.
Back the 2-0 correct score at 9.00 (bet365)
Ten of Arsenal’s 15 home wins over the last 12 months were by 2-goal margins and 8 were to nil. Four of Arsenal’s last six home games resulted in 2-0 wins.
