Southampton did upset West Ham last week but their opponents had only won one of their previous six before that. Tottenham won this fixture 5-2 last season and they boast a 13-2-3 record in recent years against Southampton.

The last three meetings between the two sides went over 3.5 goals with both teams scoring.
