Southampton vs. Tottenham |
Tottenham in the head-to-head at 2.05 (bet365, Unibet)
Tottenham look rejuvenated under new manager Antonio Conte. They swatted aside Crystal Palace 3-0 last round – a team that beat them 3-0 back in Round 4 – and they have Harry Kane scoring again. Tottenham have won four of their last five fixtures and their last three wins came by a combined margin of 8 goals to nil. Southampton did upset West Ham last week but their opponents had only won one of their previous six before that. Tottenham won this fixture 5-2 last season and they boast a 13-2-3 record in recent years against Southampton.
Crystal Palace vs. Norwich |
Crystal Palace +0.5 at 1.16 (Picklebet)
Crystal Palace have a 6-4-1 record as the favourite over the last 12 months while Norwich have gone 1-2-5 as the away underdog this season. Norwich limp into this fixture on the back of four consecutive defeats in which they failed to score. They lost those games by a combined 11 goals to nil.
Watford vs. West Ham |
Over 2.5 goals at 1.80 (bet365)
Both teams to score at 1.65 (Picklebet, PlayUp)
Watford can’t stop conceding goals but they are also regular scorers themselves. Both sides scored in their last five games and all five of those fixtures went over 2.5 goals. West Ham have an over/under ratio of 25/16 during the last 12 months and they enter this fixture on the back of a 2-3 scoreline. The last three meetings between the two sides went over 3.5 goals with both teams scoring.
Leicester City vs. Liverpool |
Over 2.5 goals at 1.36 (bet365)
The last five meetings between Leicester City and Liverpool at King Power Stadium all went over 2.5 goals. Leicester City’s last two games saw 4 and 9 goals scored, while Liverpool’s last two fixtures both resulted in 4 total goals.
Chelsea vs. Brighton |
Under 2.5 goals at 1.94 (PlayUp)
Since Brighton were promoted, three of their four visits to Stamford Bridge went under 2.5 goals. Their strong defence and anemic offence has resulted in Brighton’s last seven Premier League fixtures going under the total.
Man Utd vs. Burnley |
Under 1.5 goals at 4.40 (Unibet)
Under 2.5 goals at 2.20 (Unibet)
Man Utd have looked really ordinary of late but the good news is they have been solid defensively, which has resulted in their last three games going under 2.5 goals and two going under 1.5. It’s been a similar story for Burnley, whose last three games all went under 1.5 goals, with two going under 0.5.
