Man Utd vs. Leeds |
Note: this fixture is part of Gameweek 22 for fantasy sports purposes.
Man Utd in the head-to-head at 1.45 (TexBet)
Manchester United have won six consecutive home games and they won by 6-2 and 5-1 scorelines at home against Leeds since the Whites were promoted. Leeds are without a win in seven games and unless they find a new manager in a matter of days, they will play this game under an interim manager following the sacking of Jesse Marsch. Leeds have gone 1-2-7 away from home this season.
Southampton vs. Wolves |
Wolves in the head-to-head at 2.62 (bet365)
Wolves +0.5 (double chance) at 1.44 (BoomBet)
Southampton bring 1-0-8 form into this game and they have lost four consecutive home games. The Saints have gone 1-3-6 at St Mary’s Stadium this season which is the worst home record in the league. Southampton have conceded 53 goals in their past 27 Premier League matches and have kept just one clean sheet in that time. Wolverhampton, meanwhile, have picked up in form since Julen Lopetegui’s appointment. They have gone 3-1-2 in their last six games with the two defeats coming against Man Utd and Man City. Last week they beat Liverpool 3-0. Wolverhampton have won each of their last four fixtures against Southampton and they won each of their last three visits to St Mary’s Stadium.
Crystal Palace vs. Brighton |
Brighton +0.5 (double chance) at 1.30 (BoomBet)
While they have had a tough schedule of late, Crystal Palace have nevertheless gone 1-2-5 in their last eight games and they are without talisman Wilfried Zaha due to injury. Brighton, meanwhile, have gone 3-1-0 in their last four games and they have an unbeaten 0-3-0 record as the away favourite against Palace in the EPL.
Leicester City vs. Tottenham |
Over 2.5 goals at 1.80 (bet365)
Over 3.5 goals at 3.00 (bet365)
Leicester City have seen ten goals scored across their last two games and 11 of their 18 home games over the last twelve months went over 2.5 goals. Ten of the last twelve meetings between Leicester City and Tottenham went over 2.5 goals and the last four meetings resulted in 6, 5, 4, and 8 total goals.
Man City vs. Aston Villa |
Man City in the head-to-head at 1.25 (bet365)
The best time to back Man City is on the back of a defeat. They have gone 4-0-0 on the back of a loss over the last twelve months compared to 13-6-5 on the back of a win. Looking back further, the last eleven times Man City lost in the league they went on to win the following league fixture. Aston Villa have been in good form, however they conceded 4 goals in their home defeat to Leicester City last week and they have gone 0-0-12 at Etihad Stadium in the league since 2007.
