Crystal Palace vs. Aston Villa |

Crystal Palace 1-2 Aston Villa correct score at 12.00 (Betfair)
I’ll have a bit of a flutter for this one. Crystal Palace have won just twice at home over the last twelve months. For Palace’s last six games, they won every away game by a 2-0 scoreline and lost every home game 2-1. Three of Aston Villa’s last four wins were by 2-1 scorelines.

Chelsea vs. Southampton |

SGM: Chelsea head-to-head & Over 2.5 at 1.42 (Dabble)
SGM: Chelsea head-to-head & Over 3.5 at 1.94 (Dabble)
At this stage I have a strong lean towards betting against Southampton every week. They have lost eight of their last nine games and their opponents scored 3+ goals in each of their last six defeats. Chelsea enter this game on the back of away defeats to Brighton and Aston Villa, but they won their previous two home games against Wolves and West Ham. Due to their porous defence, Southampton’s last eight games went over 2.5 goals and six of their last seven went over 3.5. Chelsea, meanwhile, have seen their last six games and their last six home games all go over 2.5. I will back Chelsea to win in a high-scoring affair.

Liverpool vs. Newcastle |

Liverpool in the head-to-head at 1.54 (Betfair)
Over 2.5 goals at 1.49 (Betfair)
SGM: Liverpool head-to-head & Over 2.5 at 1.92 (Dabble)
SGM: Liverpool +0.5 & Over 3.5 at 2.30 (bet365)
Liverpool have gone 13-2-2 as the home favourite over the last twelve months. The Reds have also gone 15-3-0 in their last eighteen home games against Newcastle. Newcastle have gone 1-0-3 as the away underdog over the last twelve months. Three of their last five opponents scored 3+ goals and four of the last five scored 2+. Liverpool’s last five home games went over 2.5 goals while Newcastle’s last seven games went over 2.5. The last three meetings between Liverpool and Newcastle went over 2.5 goals and their last two meetings each saw six total goals.

West Ham vs. Leicester |

West Ham in the head-to-head at 1.67 (Betfair)
West Ham are short of attacking options at the moment, but they still managed to defeat Arsenal in their previous fixture. This bet, however, is simply a bet against Leicester City. The Foxes have now lost ten of their last eleven games. Nine of those defeats were by 2+ goals and eight were to nil.
