Man City vs. Brighton |
![]() |
Brighton +0.5 at 2.35 (Betfair)
Brighton +1.5 at 1.48 (bet365)
Brighton have won six in a row in all competitions. They have also lost just twice in their past 15 games across all competitions. Man City have lost three of their last five Premier League games. Brighton beat Man City at Amex Stadium in November. The Seagulls have lost just six games out of 28 this season. Only Arsenal and Liverpool have lost fewer games.

Everton vs. West Ham |
![]() |
Everton +0.5 at 1.34 (Betfair)
Everton bring an eight-game unbeaten streak (4-4-0) into this clash. They have gone 6-3-1 as the home favourite over the last twelve months. After a couple of good wins over Arsenal and Leicester City, West Ham resumed their disappointing season with a listless defeat to Newcastle last week.

Southampton vs. Wolves |
![]() |
Wolves in the head-to-head at 2.16 (Betfair)
Wolves +0.5 at 1.33 (Betfair)
The absence of the suspended Matheus Cunha makes this more interesting, but I will still side with Wolverhampton. Southampton have lost eight consecutive home games. They have gone 0-0-9 as the home underdog this season. Defence has been the biggest issue. Eight of the Saints’ last nine opponents scored 3+ goals. Southampton’s record for the season is an eye-watering 2-3-23. They have gone 1-1-11 at home.

Ipswich vs. Nottm Forest |
![]() |
Nottingham Forest in the head-to-head at 2.05 (betr)
Nottingham Forest +0.5 at 1.34 (Betfair)
Ipswich have lost seven of their last eight games. They have gone 3-8-17 all season, which equates to a defeat frequency of 60.7%. It’s actually worse at home, where they have a defeat frequency of 64.3%. Ipswich have only recorded one home win (1-4-9 record) all season. The Tractor Boys have lost four home games in a row, and this includes a 2-1 defeat to 20th placed Southampton. Nottingham Forest have lost their last three away games, however they were against much tougher opponents. Forest have gone 6-0-0 away from home this season against sides that are currently in the bottom half of the table. Only league-leaders Liverpool have won more league games than Forest this season. Nottingham Forest have only lost one game out of 16 as the favourite this season. They kept clean sheets in their last two games, which were against Arsenal and Man City.

Bournemouth vs. Brentford |
![]() |
Brentford in the head-to-head at 4.75 (bet365)
Brentford +0.5 at 2.26 (Betfair)
Brentford +1.5 at 1.45 (bet365)
This is a value play. Bournemouth have lost two in a row at home and they are winless in their last three fixtures. Brentford have won four in a row away from home. The Bees lost last week, but they have a much better record on the back of a defeat (8-4-3) than on the back of a win (2-3-9). Brentford boast a 3-2-0 record against Bournemouth in the Premier League.

Leicester vs. Man Utd |
![]() |
Man Utd in the head-to-head at 1.80 (bet365)
This is simply a bet against Leicester City. The Foxes have lost 12 of their last 13 games, which in includes six in a row at home. They have lost five in a row by a combined 13 goals to nil. Man Utd will be backing up after their midweek home Europa League fixture but I’m still prepared to back them at these odds.
